Meet the Heart Behind the Stars
At Lil’ Stars Learning Academy, our team is more than just qualified—they’re passionate, dedicated, and deeply invested in every child’s success.

Gabrielle Gladden
Founder & Director
A former kindergarten teacher, devoted mother of two, and lifelong educator, Mrs. Gladden brings over a decade of experience in early childhood education to Lil’ Stars Learning Academy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Augusta State University and has taught in both public and private schools, as well as licensed childcare centers and family child care homes.
Mrs. Gladden founded Lil’ Stars with a vision to provide a high-quality, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children feel inspired to learn, families feel supported, and the community feels connected. She is passionate about giving every child a strong foundation for learning and a true sense of belonging.
Committed to both professional growth and community engagement, Mrs. Gladden and Lil’ Stars Learning Academy are proud members of the Fuquay-Varina Chamber of Commerce and Friends of the Fuquay-Varina Downtown Association. She is also active with the North Raleigh Providers Network, the Family Child Care Association of Wake County, and We Dream in Black, a national initiative that uplifts diverse caregivers and early educators.
Our Teaching Team
Every teacher at Lil’ Stars is trained in early childhood education and shares our commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment. We offer ongoing professional development and encourage staff collaboration so that our children receive the best care and teaching possible.
We work closely with families, value open communication, and believe that strong relationships between teachers and parents are key to each child’s growth and success.
